General Rates

Nothing to hide. Rates are published below:

Off-Site Service: $50/hr

Off-Site Service rates apply to remote support (Quick Assist, UltraViewer, etc) as well as service work completed on TeamStortz Computer Services premises. Partial hours are rounded up to the next quarter hour.

On-Site Service: $60/hr

On-Site Service is provided in Germantown, Menomonee Falls, and many of the surrounding areas. For on-site services a trip charge will be assessed in addition to the hourly rate depending on travel time (generally $15-30). Please contact me to determine if I am able to provide the services you require at your location. Partial hours are rounded up to the next quarter hour.

Diagnostic Fee: $45

TeamStortz Computer Services will diagnose the problem, suggest a repair option, and give an approximate cost estimate. This is the minimum charge for diagnostic work if no further work is approved by customer. Fee may be waived if further work is approved and billed at hourly rate.
